FAQ
Where is Nouvelle Kemuning Industrial Park?
At Bukit Rimau in Shah Alam Section 32 (postcode 40460), developed by EXSIM in two phases of semi-detached factories. It is a different park from EXSIM's Nouvelle parks in Meru, Kota Damansara, Kota Puteri and Balakong.
What is Seksyen 32 Shah Alam known for?
A spread of medium industry: pumps and valves, electrical panels, food, batteries, roofing and cartons. It is a cluster of estates rather than one park, so specs vary a lot from street to street.
Which KESAS exit do I use for Section 32?
Kebun (exit 504) for Jalan Kebun, Jalan Bukit Kemuning and Kampung Bukit Rimau, or Bukit Rimau (exit 505) for the Bukit Rimau side.
Is Berjaya Park Shah Alam an industrial area?
Partly. Berjaya Park in Section 32 mixes housing with industrial streets: the Selangor state list records Berjaya Park industrial lots and Taman Perindustrian Berjaya, with factory addresses on roads such as Jalan Sungai Rasau 32/27 (postcode 40460). Check that a unit sits on an industrial title, not a residential or commercial one, before you buy or rent.
Is Bukit Rimau Industrial Park in Section 32?
Yes. Bukit Rimau, Berjaya Industrial Park, Bukit Kemuning and Bukit Naga estates all sit in Section 32, and BuyKlang matches listings from all of them to this page.
