Preparing a property enquiry
The property brief is prepared in your browser. This website does not submit the form to a BuyKlang lead database. The name, budget and requirements you enter are used to prepare a WhatsApp draft when you choose a contact.
Opening WhatsApp passes the draft text to WhatsApp. You can review and edit it there before sending it to Adam or Yuki. Only include information you want to share; your name and the additional requirements fields are optional.
When you contact Adam or Yuki
Once you send a message or make a call, the contact you choose receives the information you share so they can respond to your property enquiry. WhatsApp handles messages under its own privacy terms. A website click alone does not mean that a message has been sent.
For questions about an enquiry, or to request access, correction or deletion of information you have shared, contact the person who received it. They can explain what is held and how your request can be handled.
Links and campaign information
If you arrive through a link containing campaign labels, this site temporarily remembers the source, medium and campaign in your browser's session storage. These labels help identify which post or link brought you here and may be included in your WhatsApp draft together with the page or property you are asking about. The site does not store the name or requirements from your brief in this session storage.
The campaign information is limited to the browser session and is normally cleared when the tab is closed. You can also clear site data using your browser settings. If session storage is unavailable, the contact links still work.
Website delivery and analytics
Hosting and delivery providers process requests to serve and protect this website. Those requests can include an IP address, requested URL and browser information, and may be recorded in technical logs.
Google Analytics is optional. We load it only after you choose “Accept analytics”. It helps us understand visits, property views and use of the enquiry and contact buttons. Contact clicks indicate interest; they do not confirm a sent message, completed call or sale.
After you agree, Google receives technical information about your browser and device and the page and event information needed for these reports. Our tracking excludes your enquiry name, requirements, WhatsApp draft, search text, URL query and fragment. We use only approved campaign labels, and advertising features are disabled. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Analytics cookies use a BuyKlang prefix and are configured for a 90-day lifetime, which may renew when you return; browser settings can shorten that lifetime. Cookie lifetime is separate from Google's reporting-data retention. Your analytics choice is stored in this browser until you change it or clear site data.
Choose “Essential only” to browse without loading Google Analytics. Use at any time to change your choice. Withdrawal stops future analytics events from this site; it does not erase information already collected. You can clear existing cookies through your browser settings.
