Look beyond
the listing.
When comparing a factory or warehouse in Port Klang and Pulau Indah, start with the movement of goods through the actual property. Describe your vehicle sizes, loading method, storage layout and delivery schedule before arranging viewings. A listing's floor area alone cannot show whether that workflow fits. Ask Adam or Yuki to help shortlist properties against your requirements, then confirm availability and specifications for each address.

Take these questions to your viewing.
- 01
Bring the dimensions of your longest delivery vehicle and check the entrance, turning space and loading approach with the operator who will use them.
- 02
Walk the proposed route from unloading to storage and dispatch; mark columns, level changes and shared areas on the floor plan.
- 03
Ask who controls yard access, vehicle waiting areas and loading hours, and request the arrangements in writing before committing.
Is a large built-up area enough to shortlist a warehouse?+
Use it as a starting point. Share your storage layout, vehicle sizes and loading process too. During the viewing, compare usable storage space and handling areas separately from offices or other space included in the advertised total.
